Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experience a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Damages

Ruah Designs LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged or lost, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packing materials and damaged goods before filling a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure its recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot validate the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not happy Ruah Designs will be happy to accept returns and exchanges for ticketed items, unopened or undamaged items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied with an order confirmation receipt and original packing that the merchandise was delivered in. Merchandise purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that all teddy bears are handmade.

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Terms of return within 15 days of delivery
State of return unopened or undamaged items
Reason for return damaged or wrong product.
Process for return all online purchases must be returned by mail

Process of refund we will issue a refund to the original form of payment please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. Your refund will be issued in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used to the order shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
